Key Responsibilities
Support Product and Service Development: Assist in shaping and improving Nexus’s services based on research, client feedback, and industry trends.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to streamline processes and enhance the client journey.
Conduct Market and Competitor Research: Analyze trends and benchmark competitors to inform internal strategies and external positioning.
Assist with Roadmaps and Planning: Help track timelines, milestones, and iterations for new projects and initiatives.
Engage with Clients: Support the creation of feedback loops to ensure our services meet real client needs.
Optimize Internal Workflows: Identify ways to improve tools, templates, and day-to-day operations for better team efficiency.
Contribute to Strategic Planning: Provide insights to leadership on pricing, service models, and growth opportunities.
