WhatsApp
We use WhatsApp as our main channel for fast communication, quick updates, and team coordination. Whether it’s a client meeting reminder, a last-minute file request, or just checking in with your team, this is where real-time collaboration happens. Make sure notifications are turned on and you're responsive during working hours—it's one of the key ways we stay agile and connected.

Google Drive
Google Drive is our main platform for document collaboration and storage. Each project has its own dedicated folder, and you'll find everything from research docs and meeting notes to final deliverables and internal reviews. Always keep your files organized, clearly named, and in the right folder to make teamwork seamless. Before uploading, double-check formatting and access permissions so your team—and the client—can easily view what they need.
Basic Guidelines for Success:
At Nexus, clear, respectful, and proactive communication is key. Whether you're reaching out to a teammate, a client, or a senior leader, always be professional, concise, and intentional. Use the appropriate channel for the situation—WhatsApp for quick updates, email or calendar invites for formal communication for ongoing discussion. Never leave a message or request unanswered for more than 24 hours, and always give updates before they’re requested. Overcommunicate if needed—being responsive builds trust.
Client engagement is one of the most important parts of your role. When you're interacting with clients, you are representing the entire Nexus brand. Be punctual, prepared, and courteous in every meeting or email. Ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, and follow up with clear action items. Never promise anything you're unsure about delivering—check with your Project Lead or Directors before committing to deliverables, timelines, or new scopes of work. We value client relationships more than quick wins, so honesty and consistency matter.
Your conduct, both online and offline, reflects our culture of integrity and excellence. Treat everyone—clients, teammates, partners, and peers—with respect. Show up to meetings on time, complete tasks before deadlines, and communicate if you’re falling behind. There is zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior, gossip, or disrespect within the team. We work hard and support each other—bring that energy every time.
Lastly, always use branded content and follow our style guide. Whether it’s a slide deck, a research memo, or an internal doc, everything we produce should look and feel like Nexus. Use the provided templates, colors, fonts, and logos, and don’t reinvent the wheel unless asked to. Consistent branding helps us maintain credibility, professionalism, and a cohesive image in front of clients and partners. When in doubt, check the Toolbox or ask your Project Lead for clarification.
If you follow these basics—communicate clearly, engage with intention, act with professionalism, and deliver high-quality, on-brand work—you’ll thrive here. Nexus is built on trust and talent, and that starts with you.
