Client Onboarding

Post Sales Process:

  1. Finalize and Sign Contract + SOW (via G&A/Legal from sales rep)

  2. Obtain Internal Approvals (CEO, CFO, COO)

  3. Initiate Recruitment (Local HR begins staffing process)

  4. Within 7 Days of Contract Start:
    Contact client POC to confirm contract and transfer ROE to Project Manager

  5. Within 3 Days of Contract Start:
    Set introductory meeting with full Nexus team and client

  6. During Project:
    Sales rep maintains <20% client contact; supports PM, resolves issues, ensures quality

  7. At Project Close:
    Collect review & testimonial; aim to renew contract

Analyst Onboarding

  1. Identify Need
    Project demand is assessed by leadership, PMs, and HR based on scope, timeline, and team availability.

  2. Post Opportunity
    Roles posted internally (WhatsApp) and externally (school portals, job boards, referrals).

  3. Application Collection
    Collect resumes, cover letters, or forms; track through applicant dashboard or spreadsheet.

  4. Initial Screening
    HR or senior analyst team screens for fit, availability, and baseline skills.

  5. Interview Process
    Shortlisted candidates interviewed by senior analysts, PMs, or partners.

  6. Decision & Approval

  7. Offer & Onboarding
    1. Analyst fills out form

    2. HR email receives complete info

    3. Add analyst to WhatsApp, any other internal systems

  8. Intro to Project Team
    Analyst is introduced to PM and team; responsibilities clearly defined.

  9. Performance Check-ins
    Regular check-ins with PM and HR; feedback loop during and after project.
