Sales Process:

Introduction to Client

  1. Sales Process (Discover, Qualify, Pursue, Close)

  2. Finalize and sign contract and SOW with G&A/Legal

  3. Approval from CEO, CFO,COO

  4. Local HR begins recruitment process

  5. Within 7 days of contract start date; contact client POC to confirm contract and transfer ROE to Project Manager

  6. Within 3 days of contract start date; set introductory meeting with whole team and client

  7. During the project, sales rep is <20% of contact with the client. Check in on progress, work with the PM to exceed expectations, manage any conflict

  8. At close of project, collect review and testimonial from client

  9. Renew contract!
