Sales Process (Discover, Qualify, Pursue, Close)
Finalize and sign contract and SOW with G&A/Legal
Approval from CEO, CFO,COO
Local HR begins recruitment process
Within 7 days of contract start date; contact client POC to confirm contract and transfer ROE to Project Manager
Within 3 days of contract start date; set introductory meeting with whole team and client
During the project, sales rep is <20% of contact with the client. Check in on progress, work with the PM to exceed expectations, manage any conflict
At close of project, collect review and testimonial from client
Renew contract!
